GOOD CONDENSATION EFFECT
- High latent heat of evaporation
- High heat transfer efficiency of air and refrigerant flowing in the opposite direction
- The condensation temperature of the evaporative cooling condenser can be 3-5 ℃ lower than that of the water-cooled system and 8-11 ℃ lower than that of the air-cooled system, which greatly reduces the power consumption of the compressor and improves the energy efficiency of the system by 10% -30%.
WATER SAVING
- Utilize the latent heat of water vaporization for heat exchange
- Low circulating water consumption
- Considering blowing loss, sewage and water exchange, the water consumption is 5% -10% of a typical water-cooled condenser.
ENERGY SAVING
- The condensation temperature of the evaporative condenser is limited by the wet bulb temperature of the air, which is generally 8-14 ℃ lower than the dry bulb temperature. In addition, the negative pressure environment caused by the side fan inside the equipment results in a lower condensation temperature, so the compressor power consumption is low.
- Low power consumption of the fan and water pump compared to other condensers, saving 20%-40% of energy
COST SAVING
- The evaporative condenser integrates the cooling tower, condenser, circulating water tank, circulating water pump, and water pipe together, reducing equipment footprint and also reducing the cost of processing and installing individual components.
