A condensing unit typically consists of a compressor, condenser, and various auxiliary refrigeration components. The standard configuration includes a liquid receiver, solenoid valve, dried filter, sight glass, vibration eliminator, pressure gauges, and pressure controller.
Additionally, to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the unit, an oil separator is installed to remove lubricating oil from the high-pressure steam discharged by the refrigeration compressor. An accumulator is also incorporated to segregate and store any liquid in the return pipe, thus preventing compressor liquid hammer.
Through meticulous selection and assembly of compressors and refrigeration parts, our refrigeration units offer a broad operational temperature range, from low to high, and are compatible with various refrigerants. Furthermore, a refrigeration control panel can be integrated with the unit and pre-wired prior to delivery.
