PRODUCT ADVANTAGE

- Compared to reciprocating units of the same nominal power, ZYF series boasts a higher refrigeration capacity and COP, as well as a more compact design and cost-competitiveness.

Liquid Injection Model

- Equip with the liquid injection compressor, operating with a DTC valve to control discharge temperature

Vapor Injection Model

- Equip with the vapor injection compressor, optimized with the use of a sub-cooler

- Operate with EVI CoreSense control kits to control vapor injection, maintain a safe discharge temperature, and provide intelligent diagnosis and protection. The kit includes a printed circuit board (PCB), an electronic expansion valve (EXV), and three sensors, as well as containing a transformer and an EXV filter.- Liquid injection technology controlled by CoreSense module protects the compressor from high discharge temperature failure.

- LED display on the module panel alerts user of DLT sensor status and EXV operation enabling easier troubleshooting.

- The vapor injection technology allows ZYF series to perform higher efficiency than single-stage compressors at low temperature operation condition.

- Both models are supplied with internal thermal protectors that prevent motor overheating in case of loss of phase or low refrigerant charge.

- With its ability to condense down to 4°C even in low-temperature applications, this unit offers exceptional efficiency all year long, ensuring optimal seasonal performance.
