ZHIYUN blast freezer cold room provides a constant low temperature environment for the quick freezing, which is beneficial for ensuring food quality and reducing processing time.
During the freezing process, the water inside food chrysalises into ice. Long freezing process results in large ice crystals. Large ice crystals damage the cell walls and reduce the quality of food. By quickly freezing the products, the cells within the food are undamaged and preserved, and hence the taste and nutrition of food is locked.
A blast freezer cold room is assembled from polyurethane sandwich panels, doors, low temperature condensing units, evaporators, expansion valves, and auxiliary materials. Room size and equipment are customized by the freezing capacity and freezing time of each cycle.
