What information do I need to provide when ordering the panels?
If you are ordering panels for a cold room, please kindly provide the cold room dimensions and panel thickness, and it would be better if you could provide a drawing. Or you could provide the dimensions and thickness of the panels directly.
Can you provide installation instructions to help us install the panels?
Yes, we will provide the instructions and panel installation diagram. However, we highly suggest that you hire refrigeration professional engineers locally to install the cold room, avoiding personal injury and equipment damage caused by improper operation during the installation process.
Can you send engineers to install the panles?
Yes, we could. You need to pay for visa fees and travel expenses, as well as provide food and accommodation.
How long is the warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty and lifelong technical support.
