How to Assembe the Cold Room Panel with Cam-Lock?

CEILING AND FLOOR PANEL DIRECTION

During assembly, the convex groove of ceiling and floor panels shall be oriented. Generally, the top convex and bottom convex directions are just opposite. The ceiling and floor panels spliced by more than two panels in the same direction of large cold room shall be assembled according to the direction indicated by the convex groove in the assembly drawing.

WALL PANEL DIRECTION

When the wall panel is assembled, stand in the cold room and see the convex groove direction to the left, and the convex groove overall direction is counterclockwise. For special wall panel, the wall panel with convex slot on the both sides, i.e. "double convex panel", shall be installed at the specified position shown on the assembly drawing.

CAM-LOCK

The mating surfaces of two cold room panels are convex and concave. The convex mating suraface is equiped with hook, and the concave mating suraface is equiped with lock core and reserved hole. After two panels are erected, adjust the position, insert the wrench into the reserved hole, and then rotate the hook to hook the lock core firmly.
