The door leaf is formed by high-density, uniformly distributed polyurethane foam, resulting in a smooth surface and reliable insulation. Steel plate edges are seamlessly welded around the door leaf for added durability and structural integrity.
The cold room door operates on a floating and sinking system. When closed, the door's weight presses against the aluminum alloy frame, achieving an effective seal. These doors are lightweight, easy to open, and safe to operate, with a simple installation process. The included rubber sealing strip enhances sealing performance. To prevent freezing at the door joints and on the floor, an electric heating antifreeze device is incorporated. For added safety, an emergency escape device is fitted to the inside of the door, allowing individuals accidentally locked inside to quickly exit by pulling the internal escape ring.
