PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The tube ice produced is thick, transparent, and visually appealing. It boasts a long storage life, is resistant to melting, and offers excellent breathability.
With a daily ice production capacity ranging from 1 to 50 tons, this machine can cater to the needs of a wide range of customers.
The tube ice comes in various outer diameters, including 20mm, 28mm, and 35mm, with lengths ranging from 30-60mm. The inner hole diameter can be adjusted based on the ice-making time, typically between 5-10mm.
The evaporator is insulated with stainless steel polyurethane foam, and the pipeline has been treated for insulation, making the machine energy-efficient and aesthetically pleasing.
All components that come into contact with the ice are crafted from high-quality, edible-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring the safety and hygiene of the ice.
Equipped with a PLC intelligent control system, this machine offers fully automated production, eliminating the need for manual operation. It features a quick de-icing speed, minimal system impact, higher efficiency, and enhanced safety.
This machine can be paired with a stainless steel spiral conveyor ice storage hopper and either a manual or automatic packaging system to suit your specific needs.
